Most of the universities in the UK accept IELTS  score along with equivalent TOEFL/ PTE score.  

If you’re coming to the UK on a student visa and want to work to support yourself while you study, you should be aware that your student visa limits enables you to work for a certain number of hours. You must adhere to the maximum weekly work hours as a Tier 4 visa holder during term time. You are only allowed to work up to 20 hours per week during term time and can work full time in summer break or after completion of your studies.

The new Graduate Route, commonly known as the UK post-study work visa, permits overseas students to stay in the UK after completing their studies for up to two years and look for work. This new Graduate Route will be available in the summer of 2021, and students who already have a Tier 4 visa may be eligible to take advantage of it.

International students who arrive in the UK during the 2020/2021 academic year or later will be allowed to apply for a post-study work visa. Although this visa policy cannot be extended, if you find suitable employment during these two years, you will be allowed to move to skilled work and remain in the UK.
